Dr. Manoj Kumar Jena is an Assistant Professor at Department of Sociology, Jamia Millia Islamia. He has been teaching in the Department since 2006. He has completed his M.A, M.Phil and Ph.D Degree in Sociology from Centre for study of Social Systems, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His area of Specialization and research interests includes Sociology of Science Technology, Information Communication Technology studies, Media Studies, Contemporary Social Theory as well as Inequality and Marginal Studies.
His other interests include Photography and Poetry writing.
