Over a period of last three years, the department has provided consultancy services to the tune of more than Rs. 100 lacs to government, public sector and leading private organizations. Through providing consultancy services, the department has been able to generate considerable revenues for the University. Major fields in which consultancy is being provided include structural design and vetting, pollution control, groundwater management, flood control, material testing, and water testing.
