JMI users can log complaints related to hardware/software issues in PCs, Printers, Scanners, UPS Systems, and Network equipment and services at the following:

  • EMail: ithelpdesk@jmi.ac.in
  • Online Complaint on JMI's Intranet: http://10.2.0.35:8080 (For user name and password write email to skali@jmi.ac.in)
  • EPBX: 4266, 4267

While logging complaints telephonically please note the Ticket No. provided by the IT Helpdesk. For enabling IT Helpdesk to update you on the call status and later take your feedback do provide your contact email.

Complaint Escalation:
In case your problem is not resolved, please write to:
