  • 1) IMPEDANCE ANALYSER (AGILENT, US):-

    A four terminal pair auto balancing measurement system capable of operating in the range of 40Hz to 110MHz with 1 mHz resolution. Measure IZI, IYI, θ, R, X, G, B, L, C, D,Q with an accuracy of ±0.08% with measuring time 3 msec/point with computer interfacing.

  • 2) CHILLED MIRROR HYGROMETER (EDGE-TECH,USA):-

    A primary standard capable of measuring the moisture from ppm to RH level. RS 232 communicable and user programmable. Dew point, temperature and pressure with accuracy of ± 0.2°C (0.36°F) Dew/Frost Point and resolution 0.1℃ can be measured.

  • 3) DEW POINT METER (SHAW,UK):-

    A battery powered hygrometer indicates both dew point temperatures and water vapour from 0 ppm to 1000 ppm with an analog display with an accuracy of ±1ppm. This instrument can be used as secondary standard dew point meter to test the moisture sensor fabricated in the lab.

  • 4) SPRAY COATING SYSTEM (NORDSON,USA):-

    Fully automated and programmable spray coating system capable of three dimensional movements using Robot covering area 400 sq. cm. Different precision tips provide desired quality of coating. Capable of coating of very small area to large area for different applications.

  • 5) DIP COATING SYSTEM (APEX,INDIA):-

    This is PC interfaced automatic programmable dipcoating system. Deposition speed can be programmed from 1 to 100 mm/min with an arm movement of a 150 mm. Comes with temperature controller and heating system. The temperature can be maintained upto 150 ℃.

  • 6) SPIN COATING SYSTEM (DELTA SCIENTIFIC, INDIA):-

    Delta spin coater with operating speed from 0 to 3000 rpm with an acceleration mode. Adjustable delay time or running time with a LED display.

  • 7) SENSOR TESTING SYSTEM :-

    i) Relative Humidity Measurement: A humidity sensor testing set up for 0 to 100% RH range. The humidity in RH level can be controlled with an accuracy of ±1%. The set-up is perfectly designed to take the transient response, hysteresis, repeatability and reproducibility of the sensor. ii) Moisture Measurement (0-1000 ppmV): This set up with precision volume flow controller has been developed to test moisture sensor in the range of 0 to 1000 ppm. Capable of controlling the moisture in ppm level with an accuracy of ±1ppm. The testing chamber keeps the moisture level constant and able to interface with the hygrometer. iii) Organic Vapour Sensing: The RH sensing set up can be used to test the sensor for organic vapour sensing.

  • 8) MILLIPORE DI WATER SYSTEM (AQUELIX, NY):-

    AQUELIX water purifier which can keep resistivity of water greater than 1 MΩ-cm.

  • 9) ELECTRONIC BALANCE (SHIMADZU, JAPAN):-

    An automatic digital display electronic balance cable of weighing minimum of 0.1 mg and weighs upto 220 gm with an accuracy of ±1%.

  • 10) MUFFLE FURNACE (METREX, INDIA):-

    This is programmable furnace. Rate of heating, time and temperature can be controlled. Maximum heating temperature is ~ 1500 ℃ with nearly 100mm X 100mm X 150mm space.

  • 11) TUBE FURNACE (METREX, INDIA):-

    This furnace enables us to sintered the sample with flow inert gas. The heating parameters are microcontroller programmable. The furnace can go upto 1200℃

  • 12) HYDRALAUIC PRESS (METREX, INDIA):-

    A manually operated Hydraulic press. This instrument can used to make thick film sensor with different pellet dia.

  • 13) E-BLOCK USB PIC MICRO MULTI PROGRAMMER BOARD (METRIX MULTIMEDIA,UK):-

    A low cost, flexible PIC microcontroller programmer for Embedded application with Assembly, C or Flowcode and most third party compilers. The board can program a wide range of PICmicrocontroller devices.

  • 14) ARBITRARY FUNCTION GENERATOR (AGILENT,USA):-

    A 30 MHz synthesized waveform generator with built-in arbitrary waveform and pulse capabilities. With 16 standard waveforms LCD for numerical and graphical display. Standard USB and LAN remote interfaces with storage facility.

  • 15) PRECISION DESKTOP MULTIMETER(AGILENT,USA):-

    A 51/2 digital multimeter come with functions measurements: DC, AC and AC+ DC voltage and current, 2- and 4-wire resistance, frequency, continuity and diode tests.It measure with an accuracy ± 0.02%.

  • 16) DIGITAL OSCILLOSCOPE (AGILENT,USA):-

    This is dual channel digital storage oscilloscope with very high sampling frequency.

  • 17) PCB MAKING FACILITY:-

    A lab made PCB making set up with proper black box and UV rays. It enables us to design and built PCB as per desire.

  • 18) MANUAL SCREEN PRINTING SYSTEM (AMI,USA):-

    This equipment is used to make electrode for sensor fabrication.
