MARYA KHAN

Marya Khan is currently pursuing Ph.D in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from the Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry followed by Masters in Chemistry from Department of Chemistry, Aligarh Muslim University. It was her ardent interest in the field of science with a deep passion to explore nanomaterials which lead her to take up research in nanotechnology. Apart from being a diligent and erudite student all her life, the corroboration of her virtuoso in her academic career is being confirmed when the MHRD, Government of India conferred her with the prestigious Prime Minister Research Fellowship (PMRF) in May, 2020.  

Her research interest lies in fabrication of advanced sensors (chemical and biological) and advanced Nanomaterial Engineering.
