Registration is required for participation. Please note that only the registered authors will be entitled to get the certificate after the presentation. The registration fee covers processes related to Conference Organization and Hospitality.

Payment Modes

Payment is possible by Cash, Demand Draft and Online modes. Details to be given soon after due approval.

Cancellation and Refunds

Payments made against the registration fee are not refundable.

IEEE Membership Information

IEEE Members must mention their valid membership number and attach a copy of the membership card or any other proof of valid membership while registering.

Multiple Papers/Authors

In a paper with more than one author, at least one author must pay the full registration fee, while others can avail the co-author discount. Co-authors can register only after at least one author has registered and paid the full fee.

If multiple papers are accepted by a single author, one full registration is required for the first paper and a discount of 50% is applicable for the second paper. 

If multiple co-authored papers are accepted from a group of authors, any one author must pay the full registration fee for each paper.
