New Delhi Railway Station to Jamia Millia Islamia
There are two exit at New Delhi railway station, Ajmeri Gate side and Paharganj side. We insist our participants to exit from Paharganj side (Exit from-Platform No. 1). From where there is a direct bus no. 894 to Jamia Millia Islamia. Travel time will be approximately 40 minutes. However the DTC bus facility is available between 6a.m. to 9p.m. only.
The pre-paid auto rickshaw facility is also available round the clock at the New Delhi railway station. Participants may use this facility for a hassle free travel and to avoid being overcharged.
Old Delhi Railway Station to Jamia Millia Islamia
Just like New Delhi railway station, Old Delhi Railway Station too has a direct bus connectivity to JMI campus. One can board Bus No. 402 or 403 towards Okhla Gaon Bus Terminal and de-board at Jamia stop. Another option is to board bus no. 405 or 405A towards Badarpur Border and de-board at Ishwar Nagar Stop, from where one can find cycle rickshaws or shared autos to Jamia Millia Islamia. Travel time will be approximately an hour.
The pre-paid auto rickshaw facility is also available at the Old Delhi railway station.
Nizamuddin Railway Station to Jamia Millia Islamia
The pre-paid auto rickshaw facility is the best way to reach Jamia Millia Islamia from Nizamuddin railway station. The Travel time will be approximately 25-30 minutes.
ISBT Anand Vihar to Jamia Millia Islamia
A bus directly connects ISBT Anand Vihar to Jamia Millia Islamia, Bus No. 534 towards Mehrauli and 534A towards IGI Airport. Board either of the buses, from the ISBT and de-board at either Bharat Nagar stop or Sukhdev Vihar stop from where one can find cycle rickshaws or shared autos to Jamia Millia Islamia. Travel time will be approximately one and a half hours.
ISBT Kashmere Gate to Jamia Millia Islamia
To reach Jamia form ISBT Kashmere gate board Bus No. 261 towards Sarai Kale Khan ISBT, and interchange at the same to Bus No 534 or 534A towards Mehrauli and IGI Airpot respectively, and de-board at either Bharat Nagar stop or Sukhdev Vihar stop, from either of the stop cycle rickshaws will be available to Jamia MIllia Islamia.
