An academician and researcher graduated in the field of Physiotherapy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and completed her Master’s from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore with specialization in Pediatric. She further did her M.B.A (Healthcare Services) and pursued her Ph.D. from Amity Business School, Amity University Noida. She has served as a faculty in Amity University, Noida for a period of 15 years. She has keen interest in research and innovation and has published numerous research papers in peer reviewed indexed journals which include database like Scopus & Web of Science. She has authored chapters in the field of healthcare services in National and International Books and has Copyrighted Questionnaires in the field of Healthcare Marketing. Apart from being an invited speaker and session chair, she has been a part of diverse institutions of repute. She is also a Reviewer and Editorial Board Member for many National and International journals. She is the recipient of best paper award and honours like Certificate of Excellence for outstanding performance in the MBA program and Certificate of National Healthcare Service Excellence Award 2021 for Teaching Research and Development in the field of Healthcare.
