Short Bio/Research Interests: Dr. Md. Obaidul Ola is an academician, researcher, and consultant in the discipline of management and business studies. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Faculty of Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi.
Dr Ola earned his PhD from Jamia Millia Islamia, with doctoral research focusing on the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in microfinance. He also holds postgraduate degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration. His teaching and professional experience include service as a Lecturer at Nalanda Business College, Patna, as well as roles as Research Associate and Consultant, contributing to ERP implementation and examination process automation at JMI.
He has published research in Scopus-indexed, Web of Science, ABDC-listed, and UGC Care–listed journals.
