An accomplished academic and management professional with an interdisciplinary academic background in Microfinance, ICT, Public Administration, Management, and Physics. I hold a Ph.D. in Microfinance and ICT, an MBA, an M.A. in Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Science, along with a one year ADCA.
I have professional experience in development, academic administration, examination management, and institutional coordination. I have served as a District Coordinator with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and worked as a Consultant with the Controller of Examinations, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. These roles provided valuable exposure to programme coordination, administrative processes, stakeholder management, and institutional operations.
My research interests and academic contributions include Healthcare Management, Management Studies, Microfinance, ICT, Public Administration, and interdisciplinary approaches to management and development. I have published research papers in reputed journals and have actively participated in National and International Conferences, Seminars, Webinars, Workshops, Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), and Refresher Courses.
I have also contributed to academic and institutional activities as an Organising Member of conferences, seminars, university-level programmes, and other academic events. In addition, I have served as a Deputy Student Advisor in the Department of Management Studies, contributing to student development, academic coordination, and extracurricular engagement. Beyond academics, I have a strong interest in sports and youth development, with participation at the State, District, and University levels. I have also earned NCC Certificate 'A', reflecting my interest in discipline, leadership, teamwork, and community engagement. Overall, my academic and professional journey reflects a combination of academic excellence, research orientation, administrative experience, leadership, institutional engagement, and multidisciplinary expertise.
