Dr. Taufeeque Ahmad Siddiqui holds a doctorate from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh. Presently he is teaching as an associate professor at Department of Management Studies, Faculty of Management Studies in Jamia Millia Islamia ( a Central University), New Delhi. His current areas of academic interest include financial inclusion, behavioural finance, Stock Markets, Islamic Finance and financial econometrics/modeling etc. Dr. Siddiqui has completed several research projects including Indian Institute of Management(IIM) Ahmadabad and Indian Council for Social Science Research(ICSSR) funded research projects. He has authored one book and edited four  books. He has also written more than 50 research articles published in reputed Indian and foreign journals and books. He has presented more than 60 research papers in various conferences in India and abroad. He has organized several international seminars and workshops. Dr. Siddiqui has also supervised Several Ph.D Students. He is in editorial board of several international journals. Recently, several of his articles appeared on the editorial pages of national news papers including The Hindu and The Deccan Herald.
