Known for innovative  teaching methods, fostering critical thinking and achieving consistently students evaluations. Proven track record in Research Excellence and Mentorship, aiming to Advance Psychology  through collaboration and innovation. A passionate researcher   with numerous publications in reputed Journals, author of books and regular contributor of paper conference presentation (50+) in India and Abroad. She was honoured with Witkin/Okonji (young scholar award) to attend XI IACCP, Liege, Belgium (1992) and  awarded  for her research work to participate in Advanced Research Training Seminar, University of Saarland, Germany (1994). Committed to mentorship, guided 10 Doctoral Scholars, 90 + Post Graduate  and  20 + Graduate  Students.  Completed research project  funded by ICSSR.   Collaborated with  Multidisciplinary Centre for Advance  Research and Studies, JMI and Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY)  to  do research on DST sponsored Project.  Actively involved in university service and demonstrating a comprehensive approach to Academia.
