Dr. Faizanur Rahman is a Professor in the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi and specializes in intellectual property laws. After obtaining a law degree from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in 2007, he continued with his studies at the same University, earning LL.M. degree in 2009 and a Ph.D. degree in 2015. During his Ph.D. course, he worked as a Research Associate in the University Grants Commission Major Research Projects on Wetland Law from 2009-2011. The major outcome of the project significantly augured reform and enactment of national wetland laws during 2010-11. Dr. Rahman has to his credit several research papers in prestigious UGC/SCOPUS/Web of Science Indexed, refereed, and peer-reviewed journals covering diverse areas of intellectual property rights, artificial intelligence, and corporate laws. His extensive research is widely recognized in academic circles around the world. His research work is cited in national and international refereed journals of repute. His work has achieved remarkable acceptance by practitioners across multiple fields.
