SUBJECT: POSTPONEMENT OF LOCAL SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING FOR THE POST OF GUEST FACULTY (DEPARTMENT OF APPLIED ART)
In pursuance of the directions received from the Competent Authority, Jamia Millia Islamia, conveyed via the Recruitment & Promotion Section (RPS), Registrar’s Office, JMI, and in alignment with the general notification issued by the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Fine Arts, this is to inform all shortlisted/invited candidates that the meeting of the Local Selection Committee for the engagement of Guest Faculty in the Department of Applied Art, which was scheduled to be held on 20.07.2026, has been postponed until further orders due to unavoidable administrative reasons.
The revised schedule and fresh dates for the Local Selection Committee meeting for the Department of Applied Art will be announced shortly.
Candidates are advised to keep themselves updated by regularly visiting the Jamia Millia Islamia university website. Formal communications regarding the rescheduled dates will also be sent to the individual shortlisted candidates in due course.
Any inconvenience caused to the candidates is deeply regretted.
