    Professional Experience

1. 14 Years experience of working. Her Experiences is primarily in implimenting and supervising the community development programme with special focus on adult education and leteracy. Withing this programme area she has the experience of planning, organizing and conducting training programme of senior and middle level field level fucntionaries. Research and evaluation expertise. She has also been actively associated with organization of extension activities in her present employment.
