NASIR RAZA KHAN is Hony. Director of India-Arab Cultural Centre, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.  His Ph.D. is in history, with a focus on Islamic art and architecture in India. He has a specific interest in History of Islam, Central Asian Studies, India-Arab Relations, and International Studies. He served as former Director of the Indian Culture Centre, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He also served as a Visiting Professor (ICCR Chair) at Lebanese American University in Beirut.

He has frequently presented papers in national and International Conferences/ seminars and published research papers and books on architectural and cultural history.
