Dil Nashin Anwar (Member, IEEE) received her B.Tech. (2013) and M.Tech. (2015) degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. She earned her Ph.D. in 2023 as a Visvesvaraya Ph.D. Fellow, supported by DeitY, Government of India, from IIIT-Delhi.
She has worked on EEG signal classification, developing an app-integrated classification system as a Research Assistant. Additionally, she gained international research exposure as a Research Fellow on the FlyServ project, a collaboration between the University at Albany, USA, and Al Ain University, UAE.
Dr. Anwar has published in high-impact IEEE journals, focusing on green communication for resource-constrained IoT and UAV systems using light as a communication medium. Her research spans LiFi-based coexistence, resource allocation, and energy autonomy in light-enabled IoT devices.
Recently, she has integrated machine learning into indoor flying networks, enhancing AI-driven communication, monitoring, and energy optimization. She developed an end-to-end learning framework for UniPHY systems, leveraging CNNs and DNNs for seamless LiFi-WiFi hybrid networks (HLW-IFNs) and optimizing their monitoring coverage in dynamic mobility scenarios.
