Dr. Md. Waseem Akram received the B. Tech degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) Orissa, India in 2008, the M. Tech degree in Electronic Circuits and Systems Design from Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh, India in 2010. He received the PhD degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) India in 2015, and then joined the Department of Electronics and Communication at National Institute of Technology Patna (NITP), worked there during July 2015 to August 2016. Presently he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of E & C, Jamia Millia Islamia, and New Delhi. He has published more than 40 research papers in the reputed Conferences and Journals. He is also a reviewer of many International Journals such as Superlattices and Microstructures (Elsevier, U.K.), IEEE Electron Device Letters (IEEE, U.S.A.), International Journal of Electronics (Taylor & Francis, U.K.), IEEE Transactions on Device and Materials Reliability (IEEE, U.S.A.), IETE Journal of Research (IETE, India) etc. His current research interests include the Modeling and Simulation of Semiconductor Devices (Such as, Tunnel FETs, Junctionless FETs, FinFETs, and GAA-FETs etc.), Nanoelectronics, Organic-Electronics (Especially Organic LED, Organic Solar Cells, and Organic TFTs), Robust Design of Semiconductor Devices and Memories, Renewable Energy, Energy Harvesting, Low Power VLSI Design, Ultra Low Power Design, Digital and Analog VLSI Circuits & Systems, Embedded System etc.
