Dr. Neha Kumari holds a Ph.D. in Korean Studies from the Academy of Korean Studies in South Korea, where her research focused on "A Study on the Parliamentary Women's Quota System in South Korea and India Since 2000." Her academic background includes a Master's in Korean Language Education from Gyeongsang National University in South Korea and a B.A. in Korean Language from Jawaharlal Nehru University in India.
