Publication & Indexing
The ICCICC-2026 is committed to ensuring high visibility and recognition for scholarly contributions.
All accepted and presented papers by duly registered authors will be submitted for publication in a reputable international conference proceedings series by Springer Publication (approval Pending)
The proceedings are anticipated to be indexed by major indexing services such as SCOPUS and Google Scholar, guaranteeing maximum impact and reach for your research.Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure high academic and technical quality.
Each paper will be evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers. To maintain review quality, no reviewer will be assigned more than ten papers. Prior to the review process, the Program Chairs will conduct an initial screening, which includes a plagiarism check and verification of minimum technical content and relevance.
Papers that pass the initial screening will be assigned to reviewers based on their expertise and research interests. Reviewers will receive detailed guidelines via email, outlining the evaluation criteria and expectations.
The evaluation will be based on the following criteria:
- Originality and novelty of the research
- Technical quality and soundness
- Relevance to the conference themes
- Significance and potential impact of the work
- Clarity of presentation and organization
- Reviewers will provide structured feedback in three categories:
- Mandatory revisions or corrections
- Recommended improvements for enhancement
- Suggestions for future extensions, particularly for journal special issue submissions
Reviewed papers will be ranked according to the reviewers’ scores, and the highest-quality submissions will be selected for acceptance. Final decisions (accept, revise, or reject) for the papers will be made solely on the basis of reviewers’ comments and recommendations on the basis of merit, originality, relevance, significance, and clarity of the paper. Authors will be notified via email and, if revisions are required, must address all reviewer feedback and resubmit the revised manuscript within the specified deadlines.
All review reports will be submitted to Springer promptly after the notification of acceptance. The entire review process will be coordinated by an experienced national and international Technical Program Committee representing diverse research domains.
Role and Responsibilities of Reviewers: Reviewers are expected to:
- Conduct a strict, thorough, and unbiased evaluation of assigned papers.
- Identify technical gaps, unclear explanations, and areas requiring further validation.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to help authors improve their work.
- Maintain high ethical standards; no compromise in quality or acceptance criteria will be permitted.
- Assess submissions rigorously based on novelty, significance, clarity, relevance, and reproducibility.
