The Chief Guest shall be Hon. Justice J S Verma, Former CJI and Chairman NHRC.

Guest of Honour is Prof Upendra Baxi while the Vice Chancellor Prof Mushirul Hasan shall preside.

The Valedictory Address shall be delivered by Hon’ble Justice Rajendra Sachar at 3.45 pm.
