Welcome to the Deen Dayal Upadhyay KAUSHAL Kendra (DDUKK) at Jamia Millia Islamia. KAUSHAL—Knowledge Acquisition and Upgradation of Skilled Human Abilities and Livelihood—reflects our commitment to developing skilled, employable, and industry-ready professionals.
Established in 2015 at Jamia Millia Islamia, spearheaded by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the centre is dedicated to building a highly skilled, job-ready workforce through hands-on, industry-aligned training in healthcare and applied biosciences.
We train the next generation of healthcare professionals through hands-on learning in molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratory sciences, and medical technologies.

Our flagship programs – B.Voc. Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS), B.Voc. Medical Electrophysiology (MEP) and B.Voc. Medical Diagnostic Sciences - are designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world clinical practice. These UGC-recognized, full-time degree programs follow a credit-based structure aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF Level 7), ensuring both academic rigor and practical relevance.
