Guidelines For Authors
Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below before submitting their research papers to JMI-IJES:
Author Guidelines
- Submit only original manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration by any other publisher.
- Use “Book Antiqua” as the font for the entire manuscript.
- Title of the Paper: Font size 18, left-aligned, and bold.
- Abstract: Font size 10, with a word limit of 150–200 words.
- Keywords: Provide 5 to 7 keywords.
- Headings: Use font size 12 in bold.
- Sub-headings: Use font size 11 in bold
- Body text (running text) should be in font size 12, regular (not bold).
- Conclusion/Summary should be written in font size 12, italics, with a length of 200–300 words.
- References must be formatted according to the IEEE citation style.
- Diagrams/Graphs/Figures: Ensure they are properly placed and referenced within the text. Each diagram should include a title positioned below the figure.
- Tables: Place tables appropriately and cite them within the text. Each table must have a table number and title displayed above it.
- Author Information: Provide the contributor’s name, designation, institutional affiliation, mobile number, email address, and the title of the paper on a separate sheet.
- Copyright and Originality: All copyright requirements must be observed. The manuscript must be free from plagiarism. Authors will be required to submit a Certificate of Originality and a Copyright Transfer Certificate to the publisher/editors if the manuscript is accepted for publication in the JMI-IJES.
- Please include the following sections before the References:
(If any of these sections are not applicable, please indicate this by writing “Not Applicable” under the relevant heading.)

- Funding
- Data Availability
- Conflict of Interest
- Please include your biography after the References section and ensure that the accompanying passport-sized photograph is of high quality.
